Ghiveci cu orez la borcan

Ingrediente:
2 kg ardei capia,
2 kg gogosari,
2 kg ardei grasi(galbeni, verzi,),
4 kg rosii,
1 kg morcovi,
1 kg ceapa,
300 g orez,
500 ml ulei,
frunze de telina , patrunjel verde (optional)
sare, piper macinat,
1 lingura praf conservant,

Preparare:
Morcovii se curata, spala si se dau pe razatoarea mare.Ceapa se curata,spala si se taie julienne. Indepartam cotorul si semintele de la ardei apoi ii spalam si taiem si pe acestia julienne. Rosiile se oparesc in apa fierbinte si se curata. Se taie felii. Orezul il fierbem pe jumatate in apa cu sare apoi il spalam si il dam deoparte.
Pe 500 ml ulei incins punem la calit morcovii. Cand acestia se inmoaie putin adaugam la calit ceapa si ardeii impreuna cu o mana de sare(cat incape intr-o mana ).Lasam la calit pana ardeii si ceapa sunt moi. Acum adaugam rosiile si orezul fiert pe jumatate, condimentam cu sare, piper macinat dupa gust lasand sa fiarba pana orezul e fiert.Putem adauga verdeturi maruntite ca patrunjel verde si telina daca dorim ,dar eu am omis aceasta etapa. Oprim focul, adaugam 1 lingura praf conservant(e optional si praful…) si amestecam, punem in borcane de 800 ml,capsam si asezam borcanele in dunst uscat intre paturi pana a doua zi.
